Franklin Falls Trailhead Sno-Park, Exit 47.
Franklin Parking2026.png

From Snoqualmie Ranger District:

With limited Forest Service staffing and trying to keep the commitment to our agreement with King County Roads. Our Franklin Park Sno-Park parking will be pushed back this winter to the original Sno-Park at Asahel Curtis, the wide area above the Asahel Curtis gate off of Forest Service Road 58.  The County barricades the road at jct. of 9035/58 and the public will have to park at the Asahel Curtis parking and walk from that point.

Click on green map to left on computers and below if on phones. You can download the USFS amp in pdf form. Yellow highlight is parking where a permit is required. Arrow shows beginning of hike to Falls.

Pass needed: Seasonal Sno-Park permit or a day pass.

*I-90, Exit 47 (west of summit), - it is the plowed road on the north side of I-90. From Seattle, take Exit 47, turn left and go over freeway, turn right onto Denny Creek road, USFS 58. Sno-Park is on Asahel Curtis Picnic Area access road. This year, you will need a permit to park in the Granite Mtn TH.

Area marked in yellow on below snip is parking for 2026. Walk Denny Creek Rd to falls. This is about 7 miles round trip.

* dogs OK

* no snowmobile parking

*Sno-Park managed by USFS, Snoqualmie Ranger District.
