Activities this week:

Treats on the Trail is Saturday the 6th at Hyak sponsored by the Snoqualmie Nordic Club. (Their website says Saturday Feb 6th, but on the treat page says Sunday Feb. 6th) So I guess it is the 6th.

Sons of Norway have a small fun casual race at Erling Stordahl on Saturday.

Also at Erling Stordahl is Mountaineers Nordic lessons, click here for info.

Cabin Creek - The Stampede:

Every Saturday is Trek and Lunch up to Meany Lodge.

Next week - Presidents weekend:

Ski for Light at Erling Stordahl on Saturday, the 13th.

NO Trek and Lunch.

The dog sled multi use trails are open and groomed on Fridays now. You may see snowmobiles on these trails, but we hope the use is minimal as it is a voluntary non-motorized area. Also open to snowshoers and fat bike riders. If you must bring your dog, this is a working dog area and ALL dogs must be on leash or in harness.

Remember, many of our trail systems are developed and maintained by volunteers. the events in the corridor are organized by volunteers.

This year continues to be a challenge with the unusually huge crowds. Please be patient, if you purchased your permit, you have the right to be out there, but if you choose to snowshoe on the groomed trails, please stay to the outside edge and go single file. You may find it nicer to stay off the groomed trails anyway. Great snowshoe options exist off Blewett Pass. Please do not walk on the groomed trails.
