Winter on Snoqulamie Pass

After superbly wonderful last Sunday complete with fresh dry snow and yes – sun, we continue on the roller coaster. It then snowed a bunch of wet snow and now rain. Remember all the water from last weekend? I can imagine it is all still there and a bunch more. If you venture out, be prepared for any condition, Erling can take awhile to drain, so Meadow Loop may still be washed out. It seems we might see a cool down on Friday. Often it can be drier and colder if you head further east.

On Friday and Saturday, the Winter Recreation Advisory Committee (WRAC) meets in Leavenworth for their annual winter meeting. This is where the committee members tour an area on Friday and this year it is in Lake Wenatchee State Park. Saturday the program review is held at Chelan County Fire District at 228 Chumstick Hwy, Leavenworth. Anyone is welcome.
